A mercenary from the UK with the call sign Rambo went to fight in Ukraine and barely survived, having been seriously injured during the fighting. This is reported by the Daily Mail.
According to the publication, 40-year-old Briton Sharif Amin arrived in Ukraine shortly after the start of the Russian special operation. Prior to that, he served for nine years in the 1st Infantry Battalion of the British Army and, among other things, took part in two missions in Afghanistan. In Ukraine, Amin was first engaged in the delivery of humanitarian aid, then was involved in the training of Ukrainian soldiers, and then personally joined the units of the country's armed forces participating in the battles.
