The progress of the investigation was announced by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government Alexander Novak, RIA Novosti reports.
"There are no official papers yet. There are still examinations going on. Of course, they report to Gazprom's management from the field. I think there is some information, but I can't say it. Work is going on every day, they have just started work," he said about the beginning of the inspection.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed that Russian representatives had begun work on examining the site of the sabotage. At the explosion sites, experts found two craters three and five meters deep. The Russian leader noted that it was "obviously a terrorist attack."
